We want you to be fully satisfied with your GIBBON gear; if your slackline or accessory isn't the right fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging with all components included to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your slackline equipment in its original box, ensuring all ratchets, webbing, and tree protectors are securely included.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at an authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear for safety and quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
